The good news is that there is a God in heaven who cares about each and every one of us. That he is active in our lives here on earth and has provided for us the gift of eternal life.

We no longer have to struggle alone through life’s trials and tribulations without remedy. God wants to save us and care for us. God’s power is available to us today, we don’t have to wait until life ends to experience his peace and love.

Are you depressed, anxious or hurting? You are not alone. You can ask God into your life and he will send his Spirit to live in you, send his angels to watch over you and cause all the bad things happening in your life to ultimately work for your benefit.

All of heaven works on behalf of those who trust in the Lord, so we can have confidence and endure.

Romans 8:28

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose

Romans 8:34

Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.

John 17:20-21 [Jesus prayed for you]

I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message. I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you.

Revelation 1:17-18

Don’t be afraid! I am the First and the Last. I am the living one. I died, but look—I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and the grave.

2 Corinthians 1:22

he has identified us as his own by placing the Holy Spirit in our hearts as the first installment that guarantees everything he has promised us.

Ephesians 3:16-19

I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.

Hebrews 1:14

Therefore, angels are only servants—spirits sent to care for people who will inherit salvation.

Not only is all heaven working on the behalf of God’s children, but God gives us the power to overcome our tendency to sin, and the spiritual enemies opposing us.

1 John 3:8-9

But when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil. Those who have been born into God’s family do not make a practice of sinning, because God’s life is in them.

Ephesians 6:11-12

Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.

Though we are all sinners, God has offered us eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ his Son. Our past is wiped out, we become clean and new, looking forward to eternity with God. Thanks to Jesus, our lives are just beginning and what is coming next is inexplicably wondrous.

God’s love is unconditional and non revocable.

Romans 8:31-39

What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else? Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one—for God himself has given us right standing with himself. Who then will condemn us? No one…

Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? … No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.

And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Who would shun and reject a love such as this?
